The invoice amount is payable within 14 days of invoicing, and always before the start of the seminar.

A withdrawal within the 14-day cancellation period is treated as a withdrawal from the contract.

Services already rendered are to be returned by both parties within 30 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

Notices of withdrawal must be given in writing to be legally effective. The written form is deemed to be satisfied if the notice is sent by letter or e-mail.

In the event of a dispute, the burden of proving receipt of the notice lies with the participant.

In the event of withdrawal, the participant is obliged to pay the following compensation to the provider:

• a flat rate of 30.00 € for a withdrawal up to 30 days before the start of the booked seminar
• 50% of the course price for a withdrawal from the 29th to the 15th day before the start of the booked seminar
• 100% of the course price for a withdrawal from the 14th day before the start of the booked seminar

The compensation is due for payment immediately upon receipt of the corresponding invoice.

The participant is free to prove that no damage, or substantially less damage, has been incurred by the provider. If the compensation has not reached us within 14 days of receipt of the corresponding invoice, the full course fee becomes due.

Payment of the invoice amount entitles you to take part in our seminars. All payments by a participant must be made by bank transfer, free of charge for the provider, to the account stated in the confirmation of participation or invoice.

If you register less than 28 days before the start of the course, the invoice amount is due for payment immediately. The date of value on the bank account named in the invoice is decisive for timely receipt of payment.

No. Our seminar fees are final prices. No additional costs whatsoever are added to the course prices stated. As we are a recognised educational institution and exempt from VAT, no VAT is charged either.

In our view, paying by instalments is the first step into a debt trap. It also increases our administrative effort, which in turn makes the courses more expensive. For these reasons we do not offer payment by instalments.

By completing a seminar at Medios Seminare you have the opportunity and the know-how to take up self-employed work under German trade regulations (§1 (1) GewO) – for example by opening your own massage or wellness practice, or a mobile massage practice.

You are at the centre of everything: with a maximum of 12 participants per massage course, we create a learning environment in which you really internalise the techniques.

Our approach prepares you ideally for your future working life, whether full-time or as a sideline for an attractive additional income. And of course our seminars are also ideal for learning the art of massage for your private circle.
